Downtown Westminster Farmers Market
The Downtown Westminster Farmers Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, in the heart of the county seat. It was founded in 1994 and features vendors from within the county and nearby areas. The market features roasted nuts and kettle corn, coffees and baked goods, fresh produce and dairy, meats, poultry, and eggs.
Hours: Saturdays, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
Season: May 18-November 23
Carroll County Farmers Market
With spring, fall, and winter iterations, the Carroll County Farmers Market was established in 1971 and is the oldest in the county. Products available include local produce, cakes, candles, candies, books, cookies, eggs, fabrics, chocolates, coffee, popcorn, vinegar, wine, cheese, and so much more.
Hours: Saturdays, 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
Season: June 15-September 7
Hampstead Farmers Market
With more than 25 vendors, the Hampstead Farmers Market is committed to promoting health, sustainability, family, and community. The market is entering its 10th year with nuts, fruits, baked goods, poultry and eggs, milk, crabcakes, fruits and vegetables, jams, and other farm-to-table goods.
Hours: Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market
The Mount Airy Main Street Association and the Town of Mount Airy (part of which slips into Carroll County) brings together the four county community for the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market. Offerings include cheese, eggs, meats, milk, vegetables and fruits, poultry, herbs, honey products, baked goods and breads, and spirits from local distilleries.
Hours: Wednesdays, 3-7 p.m.
Season: May 15-September 25
Sykesville Farmers Market
Sponsored by the Downtown Sykesville Connection, the Sykesville Farmers Market takes place Sundays throughout downtown. The market boasts a variety of fruits and vegetables, herbs, honeys, cakes, nuts, beef, pork, poultry and eggs, cheese, baked goods, treats for your four-legged friends, wine, and more.
There’s also a Junior Market which is run entirely by children, alongside the Little Sykes Railway–a 1949 twelve-gauge train free for children. Moon bounce, hula hoops, chalk, and jump rope are also free for your kids while you shop.
Hours: Sundays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Taneytown Farmers Market
The Taneytown Farmers Market brings together fresh and local fruits and vegetables by the season. Enjoy baked goods, crafts, and smoothies with recipes, trips, and tricks available too.
Hours: Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Season: Begins May 25.
