The Holiday Extravaganza will take place at the Freedom Optimist Community Center located at 6315 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, Maryland 21784 on December 15th, 2018 from 10am to 3pm.
Holiday Marketplaces in Westminster, MD
The Carroll County Farmer’s Market is the best place to get fresh produce and local goods all year round, and the holidays are no different.

The Christmas Markets are held every Saturday until the Saturday before Christmas. The Carroll County Agricultural Center is located at 706 Agricultural Center Drive, Westminster MD 21157.
A Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas
Looking to jazz up your holidays?
The Eric Byrd Trio will once again be performing a live performance to coincide with a screening of the classic: A Charlie Brown Christmas.
The show will be put on at the Carroll County Arts Center located at 91 West Main Street, Westminster, MD, 21157.
The show schedules are as follows:
- Friday, December 21, 2018 – 8pm
- Saturday, December 22, 2018 – 3pm
- Saturday, December 22, 2018 – 8pm
Cost is $14 for adults and $10 for those under 25 and over 60. CCAC members receive an additional 10% off.

Mt. Airy Main Street Marketplace
If you live in or near Mt. Airy, then why not come to one of their seasonal marketplaces.
Local shops and vendors will be all up and down main street. Make sure to check out Mt. Airy’s new museum too: the Historical Society of Mt. Airy museum.
The seasonal marketplace will take place on Sunday December 2nd and December 16th, 2018 from noon to 4pm.

When you’re looking to buy your tree this year, make sure you buy it locally. It’s always better when we can keep business local.
