Carroll County is waking up to snow this morning, and it keeps coming down.
The First Snow of the Year
This is the first snowfall we’ve had in Carroll County this year, and it’s no light dusting.
According to weather.com, we could be in for 3-5 inches, with precipitation falling into the wee hours of tomorrow morning.
