Corn Mazes

Everyone likes to get lost in a good corn maze every now and then. Lucky for you, Carroll County is filled with great corn mazes.

There will be mazes in Westminster, Manchester, and Mount Airy.

Carroll County has a number of great haunts, lets just point out a few.

Bedlam features a haunted hayride and a haunted house, and even has a non-scary Bypass Kids Zone.

Haunted Places in Carroll County

While Bedlam in the Boro may be pure fantasy, these spots are actually haunted.

Crybaby Bridge, Bowie, MDLocal urban legends called it "Crybaby" by teens who visited late at night and claimed to hear ghosts.

Harvest Festivals Across Carroll

If spooky and scary isn’t your thing, then maybe a harvest festival is more up your alley.

Lucky for you, there are multiple harvest festivals being held this October, here’s some of them:

The Taneytown Harvest Festival

As its name suggests, this festival will be held in Taneytown.

Sykesville Harvest Fest at the Farmer’s Market

The Sykesvelle Harvest Fest has become a tradition in the small Carroll County town, and for good reason. It’s a blast!

There will be tons of local craft and food vendors, as well as a free kids zone, and back again, by popular demand this year, is the Chili Cook Off!

Of course the big highlight of October is Halloween and trick or treating.

American Legion Halloween Parade

The Carroll County American Legion will be hosting their trick or treat parade again this year on October 30th, 2018, starting at 7pm.

A Parade on Main Street

Wanna parade in your costume down Main Street?

The trick or treating, crafts, games, and refreshments will start on Locust Lane and Main Street at 3pm and last until 6pm.

The Westminster library will be setup as a haunted house from 3pm to 7pm, and at 6:55pm there will be the Monster Dash.
