Commissioner Howard will hold a community meeting at the North Carroll Branch Library in Hampstead on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
The Commissioner invites all interested residents to attend this meeting as he shares a new idea for possible future use of the North Carroll High School campus. This new idea would take advantage of the school’s unique characteristics to continue use as a school and return the facility to an active center of the community.
“As my time as Commissioner winds down, I am keenly focused on certain issues that remain unresolved,” said Commissioner Doug Howard, “I hope in the next few months we can identify a clear path for the future of the North Carroll High School building that makes sense and benefits that community.”
Please join Commissioner Howard to share ideas about a community-based effort to garner outside funding and participate in the planning process. He will also have a question and answer session.
